About Me

I've faced the challenges of building a career, being a single mum and overcoming health obstacles like menopause and cancer. I faced struggles with weight and wellbeing, falling into the trap of failed "panic diets" and “health kicks”.



As the founder of MINDFuel Mentor, I bring together my own experiences, my passion for a more empowering take on fat loss, and importantly, I’ve witnessed the proven results.


Designed to seamlessly fit into real life, I know that adding more to your to-do list is the last thing you need!

Q: Can I do my own training?

A: If there are specific types of exercise you enjoy, such as certain classes, running, or sports, feel free to continue with them. Doing what you enjoy is important. Just let me know so that I can adjust accordingly


Q: How can I get started?

A: Simply apply to work with me by filling out the online assessment. As this is a one-to-one coaching program, spaces are limited to maintain high coaching quality. I





Q: How long does the program last?

A: The program is 12 weeks and then becomes monthly. This ensures that we have sufficient time to build the knowledge, skills, and behavioural change necessary for achieving results and long-term maintenance.

Q: How is the nutrition structured?

A: You will have personalized calorie and macro targets specific to your goals, as well as other targets for overall health. I understand that tracking food can be daunting initially, so I'll guide you through the process


Q: Do I need a gym membership to see results?

A: No, your training will be based on the equipment you have available, whether that's bodyweight home workouts or a combination of gym and home workouts. The Trainerize app will help you track your activities, including step counts, for accurate results!


Q: Do I need to be fit already?

A: No, not at all! The MINDFuel Program welcomes individuals of all fitness levels. Everyone is welcome here!


Q: I am menopausal - can you help?

A: Absolutely! I understand the unique challenges and importance of taking care of your health during this time. The MINDFuel Program is designed to support you on this journey.
